What ages can participate in the pony rides?

Pony rides are best for young children age 2 to 6.

The weight limit is 45 pounds.

Age and height guidelines may vary by event.

Our petting zoo activities, however, are for all ages!

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, a parent or responsible adult must remain nearby to supervise children.

An adult may also need to assist younger children during their visit.

Are the pony rides safe?

Safety is our top priority.

Riders must follow staff instructions, remain seated, keep their hands and feet in the designated positions, and wear any required safety equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse a ride when safety could be compromised.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and birthday parties.

Last-minute requests can only be accommodated when availability allows.

What animals will be at the petting zoo?

The service you book will have a description that includes the animals for that service. Your booking confirmation will include the animals and activities planned for your visit whenever possible.

*IMPORTANT* Animal availability can vary by event and animal welfare needs.

Can guests feed or touch the animals?

Only feed animals with food provided or approved by The Party Pony LLC, and follow staff directions about safe touching.

Never chase, tease, pick up, or approach an animal without permission. Children must be supervised at all times.

What should we bring for our trail ride?

Please avoid loose accessories or anything that could frighten or entangle an animal.

Please bring lots of water!!

What should riders wear?

Riders should wear long pants and closed-toe, secure shoes.

Please avoid sandals, skirts, dangling items, and clothing that could catch on equipment.

What happens if it rains or the weather is unsafe?

Animal safety and guest safety come first.

We may delay, modify, relocate, or reschedule an event because of rain, extreme heat, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions.

We will communicate with you as soon as a weather decision is made and review the options available under your booking terms.

Do you provide shelter or shade?

Yes we do provide a corral, water, food, play pen, a shade and misting fans.

Some animals may be required to be placed inside your home during the booking due to weather. Those requirements vary by event and location.

Can children with special needs participate?

We welcome accessibility and accommodations.

Because every child is different, please contact us in advance with your needs so we can discuss safe, comfortable options.

Are there rules guests must follow?

Yes.

Guests must listen to staff, supervise children, wash or sanitize hands after animal contact, stay in designated areas, and treat the animals gently.

Please do not run, yell at, feed, or approach animals without staff approval.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation are accepted. Rescheduling options depend on your booking agreement, timing, weather, and availability.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options.

What is The Party Pony LLC’s refund policy?

The Party Pony LLC does NOT offer refunds for Customer Cancellations.

If you are unable to attend or an event cannot take place as planned, you may reschedule your visit instead, subject to availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
